I work at a BB within tech coverage. My fiance was accepted into med school in California, and my bank has a pretty sizeable tech team in Cali. I am entering my second year as an analyst soon and am top bucket.
We're thinking about the move to Cali and tbh I'd love to get away from NYC, plus we have a good amount of college friends in the area.
Anyone seen this or have any advice for this? Would I just straight up ask to switch states?
