Internship Question

I'm a junior trying to work at a Bulge Bank full time either in a trading or global markets role. Unfortunately being a Computer Science major my options for those types of internships at the big banks has been limited. I have offers from some of the Bulges for tech and an offer from a 2nd/3rd tier bank for a risk management/trading type of internship. In this case what would be better for me overall taking a tech internship at a prestigious firm and doing my best at networking to see what I can get for interviews on the finance side at the end of the summer or take this less prestigious but more relevant internship? Thanks for any advice you can provide.
