Hey all, so I had a first round phone interview last Tuesday for a entry level investment analyst program at a leading fixed income trading firm. It was by far the best phone interview I had ever given in my opinion. I sent in a email the other day( on Friday) to HR asking for a status update and the recruiter responds saying, " I followed up with the the a VP( the person who interviewed me) to determine next steps" . Its already Monday night and I havent heard back. Based on the response I got from HR, are things looking good for me to proceed to the next round or should I be worried that I havent heard back nearly a week after the first round? Thank you
