Investing Books - Debt & Distressed
Can you recommend any investing books that focus on high-yield or distressed debt?
I am looking to gain more insight into analyzing the capital structure of companies in cases in which it actually matters.
Also, it would be a major plus if these books were available in PDF form online.
Thanks!

stephen moyer - distressed debt analysis. try Amazon for others. next time use search.
technical distress investing - martin whitman distressed debt analysis - stephen moyer investment banking - pearl & Rosenbaum corporate financial distress and bankruptcy - edward altman leveraged financial markets
non technicals the vulture investors the predators ball the confidence game
most of them if not are available at ebookee
btw any1 comments about leveraged finance (wiley/fabozzi)?
don't like the book that much as it is focused on trading and not on analyzing companies. ie if you are in S&T it is probably useful, but if you are in a banking lev fin group, distressed or credit fund focused on research it might not be that helpful.
I just read the marty whitman book. I think the stephen moyer book is a better book overall, but I'd recommend reading the whitman book first.

I think Whitman's book is fantastic... Altman is reallllllyyyy quant / stat driven; it can get really boring...
Bankruptcy in a nutshell is also great...
