Investing in Real Estate as an Investment Banking Analyst
I'm a sophomore who recently accepted a 2021 SA offer. I've been looking more and more into real estate and how people leverage $ and buy properties and it seems really interesting to me, especially as I have some savings. Has anyone here had experience managing properties/investing in real estate while working in IB/PE? I'd imagine it would be hell with the IB hours, but if anyone has any insight feel free to share.
