Investment Bank Recruitment Qualifications
Looking for some insight regarding placement into the IB field with a background in Accounting. I will have my CPA as well as three years under my belt soon at a Big 4 Acct Firm audit experience or a long-term Part-time position in an small i-bank.Have always aspired for career in banking, but need some guidance as far as my chances with this set of credentials.
Will that be possible for me to transfer to banking, if I work in a big-4 firm for 2-3 years and get an MBA afterward?
