Is anyone getting traction on the Moelis lateral analyst positions?
Seen a number of analyst positions perpetually posted for the past few months.
Is the turnover that bad? Or are they picky?
Was in a few processes, but they’ve stalled (at least for me)

I had a superday with tech M&A guys (nyc) 2 weeks ago and got ghosted lol
Alright so they are actually putting people through the process, but maybe still picky AF
Which groups did you interview with?
Can I ask what questions you were asked during Superday? Was it mainly behavioral/transaction experiences or technical?
Can’t really tell what’s going on here but curious to hear as well. Applied to one I was a direct fit for a while back but have heard nothing. Assuming these are just black boxes and no real action going on

Applied for 6 of the positions and interviewed for two of them. I think most of them wrapped up or are wrapping up this week.

Not sure if it posted - Trauber is Houston legend in the O&G space, his team at Moelis definitely tried/did poach boutique o&g analysts from Houston deal teams.
he is one of the greatest energy bankers of all time so yeah that group is good.
Got two phone screens last week. As far as I know, they went well. Haven't heard back since. Followed up today.
