Is it appropriate to have Sunday scaries? Does it ever go away?
Roommate and I were having this discussion as two early-mid 20s people working in this field. Looking for perspectives not trolls.

I mean yeah its appropriate. You're generally finishing what may have been a fun weekend to start being chained to your desk for the next 5 days.
Will say though, my first job was in fixed income research and for some reason I never really felt "sunday scaries" then. Something about the nature of the work I guess, I never dreaded Mondays.
Absolutely normal. I like the weekend and don't really like work. Simple as that really. I'm 12 years in the job with a wife and kid. Feel it just the same as I did 12 years ago (curious why anyone would think it goes away)
