Don't be too hard on yourself man.  Ik how you feel, as someone who went to a non-target and just partied throughout college, I have been in a similar position to you buddy.  I played hockey D3 and had no time to do school work because of all the concussions so my GPA was a bit lower than the average and from what ive heard from my roommate the best i-bankers have like over 3.3 averages! My friend who is a day-trading genius only has a 3.1 and he is the most smart guy Ive ever met.  My best advice would be to just ask your Dad to get you a position somewhere because thats me and my bestfriend did. Now Im just started my first year working for some small "botique" (term for what they call it on wall street) ibanking firm that is called the Centerview Partners. It isn't all that big and well known like the bigger names (my first choice was Goldman Sachs but apparently you have to do a bunch of interviews that I was not prepared for) and the office isnt even on wall street!  But I like it because even though my dad works on the floor above me it is still alright and pays decently well.  So don't be all that down!  Even if you end up at some noname firm like me, in the end you could probably transfer over to a super cool bank like Goldman.  Peace brother
