What is the pay difference for Jefferies in Charlotte vs NYC or others?

CLT groups operate pretty independently, and ADG is on top of their game timeline-wise more than the other groups.
Does TES specifically work on such niche projects / mandates? Or do they often get overflow from tech group / are just an extension of it but in CLT?
