Jefferies FIG recruiting process
Currently interviewing as a lateral analyst hire for the FIG team at Jefferies. Can anyone share any insight as to the normal off cycle interview process? Any case studies/modeling exams?

Are you in fig currently?
Was in the lateral process for another Jeff group and there was a phone screen then a modeling test (3 statement, DCF, and LBO). I assume there was a superday next, but I did not make it past the modeling test.

Any insight into the timeline of the process as well? I had a call Friday with an SVP, yet to hear back on next steps, wondering how long until I follow up with recruiting
