Jefferies Takeover?
I just read on the news that MassMutual might takeover Jefferies by sometime this Friday.. I have a job offer with them starting in July, should I be concerned?

When B of A was rumoured to take over Barclays, friends working in LevFin were a bit worried cause of B of A's large LevFin operations.
Look at where you will be working and how that compares to Mass Mutual's...
well, mass mutual is an insurance company, so i can't see hpw there will be much overlap. Although last time an insurance company owed a BB, it didn't work out too great - Allianz and DRkW
