Have an offer at Jefferies for a lateral, was wondering what their policy for work for home. Bit anxious about covid since I have a weak immune system due to my meds. Thoughts?

Career Resources
It's hybrid now. Group dependent on how many days in the office but it is anywhere from 3-4 days. Some groups are strict and some aren't about days in the office since COVID is still ongoing.
Do you know how the WFH culture is at the regional offices (Boston/Richmond/CLT)? I'd imagine the regional offices would be more flexible with WFH than NY.
I know Richmond is in line with the above comment about WFH being 3-4 days per week
