Jeffries vs citi London

Question is in the Title. I´m mainly interested in pay and oppertunities move to the buy-side. I heard that Jeffries pays above street, is it true in London as well? Also it´s my dream to move to the US at one point. Which Bank would make it easier for me?

Also this is about the SPRING INTERNSHIP (which is probably my only chance to get an offer at an Investment Bank with my 2.5 GPA from a semi-target...) Which Bank converts better? I´m within their IBD. However, I know that I can choose to intern at any of their ibd groups (m&a, tmt, HC, energy...)
