I'm trying to get a sense of the job market and wanted to see if anyone else is in the same boat. I've had 48 first-round interviews and 6 final-round interviews at investment banks (coverage, structured finance, M&A) but still no offers. I'm also trying to break into infra investment funds but haven't had any luck there either. It still seems like the job market is pretty rough, but it could just be that I am a bad/incompetent candidate? Also, are there any particular groups within investment banks that are recruiting?
