JP Morgan essay questions

At the beginning of the summer, when applications opened, I remember there was an essay portion of the application but they removed it. Anyone remember what those questions were?

"Describe what special background and attributes distinguish you as a leader who can contribute to the diverse and dynamic workplace at J.P. Morgan." That's an essay I'm working on right now, I don't think they removed it from some of the applications though, such as the "Winning Women" programs.

 

JP Morgan seems to continually test their interns and first years. I think their analysts feel like they are still in school. Not sure if it is true, but I'm hearing many analysts are leaving in the first year.
