JP Morgan Group Placement

Past posts on this topic seem outdated. About to go through JPMorgan investment banking placement over the next couple of weeks. I'm interested in PE, which groups will give me the best technical experience that also have enjoyable people to work with?

Also what questions do groups asks during placement? Should I prep for technicals and questions on past deals or is it all about fit?

Dude this is wrong. You seriously think Sponsors has better exits than M&C, C&R, DI, LevFin, and Power? Your friends either lied to you or have no idea what they're talking about

You mean the two total placements to UMM in the last two years? If you talk to legitimately anyone that actually works at JPM, I promise they would not mention Sponsors as a top group. They have a pretty chill lifestyle from what I understand, but this is not BAML/CS/DB where sponsors is top of the heap. I understand why you might think that since JPM is also a balance sheet bank, but that's just not the case. There's just no world where this qualifies as a top group at JPM, even with small classes. Am I missing all the people that placed lights out?
