does every applicant get a hirevue/pymetrics or how selective, and what’s the timeline for hearing back after? (if anyone knows)
I got one, so everyone must get one
anyone know what % get through the Hirevue's?
As comes up every year when people start begging for HireVue questions- if you can't think on your feet well enough to do a virtual interview with two tries where they ask complete softball questions, how do you possibly think you will be able to handle a super day when you are getting continuously drilled on technicals for 30+ mins? Also, knowing the interview question beforehand will probably just end up hurting you because you'll try to memorize an answer and will come across as robotic and weird. Just grow a pair of testicles, click the HireVue link, click start, and answer the question like a normal person.
