Looking to potentially lateral and want to know more about the culture/hours/exits of these groups. Seems like M&C is the most prestigious but wasn't sure how the WLB was and if FSG/C&R have similar levels off exits/culture.

No but there are lateral postings so wondering which to target when culture is definitely more of a determining factor than prestige
Yeah, good thought. I recently went through the process with one of these groups. You’ll get to know culture once you start interviewing, it’s equally important for them. Differences in exit opps etc are marginal at best, it’s a JPM coverage group at the end of the day.

might be dumb question but can't you apply to all 3? is it because that'll make you look like a less serious candidate?
I guess my concern is HR seeing it and thinking I have no preference and throwing the app out but not sure if that’s a misguided thought
