Actually one of the worst possible BB's to intern at
383 is an old musty office that is 30 years behind basic office design with literally no light in bullpens

Cafeteria has insane prices (like more than actual restaurants outside), no vests or swag
Pay that is literally below street... the most insane part. GS/MS/BAML/Citi/Barclays all pay more. Same applies for full time analysts!

No WFH flexibility

I thought 383 Madison was actually pretty nice; plus they are actually building a brand new building across the street.

Cafeteria food was pretty good and fairly priced in my opinion.

Swag is lacking, but you do get a table lamp, a t-shirt, a voucher for like $50 worth of snacks, and other small items such as notebook/pen. If you want a vest, you'll have to work on some deals and earn it.

imnt picking internship based of swag, im grateful for the offer i got , i was just wondering if they gave anything to interns. Sorry for coming off the wrong way

That’s wild, BLK pays 100k prorated plus 1.5 OT. Can’t believe JPM is no OT.
