100% does not, only referral + hirevue affect your application

Why are you interested in the financial services industry? Talk about a recent market news headline Discuss how a global event could have an effect on the financial markets Provide an example of a project where you sought out relevant information and used it to develop a plan of action. Describe the situation, the actions you took, and the outcome. Talk about a time you made a mistake and how you learned from it.
I can't remember the wording exactly but it should be something along those lines.

Got a rejection already. Turns out I applied to a summer associates position thinking it was the same as a summer analyst. I assume being in undergrad instantly dings me for that. Hopefully it doesn't impact my other apps :/

I did today the hirevue interview for the summer associate internship. There were 5 video questions 30 seconds prep 2 minutos answer with 1 retray for each.This were the questions (More or less I cant remember exactly) :

Also bc people have asked this a ton on this thread - this wave of superday is only for those who did the May diversity programs and regular superdays will be later (August/Sept.). Regular applicants will probably not be hearing back for a while - until they know how many from diversity got an offer
It's just behaviorals for all the positions I'm pretty sure. Not to mention you really got some balls asking about internal audit on WSO considering its the back office of the back office and most people on this site are FO or bust.

I don’t want to be a dick but I really, truly, deeply hope to not be working with you for 16 hours/day. If you act like this then any group you place with will regret the day they ever selected you as a candidate during group placement, and you will likely not get a return offer because you’re so relentlessly annoying.
We understand that you’re stressed, but this spam is out of control. You need to understand one thing though: the pressure of the job will be much heavier. Please talk to someone about the anxiety that you’re feeling; it’s evident to me that this isn’t a one-time occurrence and you’ll likely burn out quickly if you don’t get the help you deserve.
I just got a phone call thinking it was my verbal offer and it was the car warranty scam. I want to vomit.
