Keep doing this environmental internship for next year or quit?

So I go to UC Santa Barbara and I'm a first year. I got this really good internship where I basically do a lot of nonprofit type work like writing grants, developing projects, presenting reports. Lots of professional development. They also pay $14 an hour lol. It's on-campus and I can work from home, so it's really convenient.

For next year, my boss said I could stay on but I don't know if I should since it's not related to finance. For next year, I could join my school's finance committee as a member. It's the student govt and they give out money for people to do events. Other than that, I don't really see any finance internships. Probably try to get an accounting internship, but that's unlikely.

Thoughts?
