Keeping in touch with network after college

Just graduated from college, spent most of my time networking, and was incredibly fortunate to land an IB role.

Most of my calls and conversations were through my school email. Should I continue keeping in touch with my contacts through my school email, or update them that I'll be using my personal email from now on? Maybe a stupid question, but I'm wondering how you guys navigated this.

Would you ask them for a couple of minutes for a call? Framing the call as asking for advice? In order to revive some connections and, of course, actually hear some of their advice.

Or just an update will suffice? With most of my connections, I had only 1 call that went well, and I kept in touch by emailing them updates on my progress.

Not that deep. They def do not remember what email you used to chat with them
