Growing platform. 10 yrs ago they had nothing outside Cleveland but they started offering guarantees to some MDs from more established banks and the bet paid off. I don’t have their numbers but judging by the loose acquaintances I’ve seen go there over the years, they seem to attract decent bankers. Fact that I’ve seen a few go there in last 2 years when the initiative started almost a decade ago, suggests it’s gone alright for them.
