Killed a man...

So I have accepted an SA offer from a major BB. Recently though I went on a spring break trip with a few buddies. We went to a small central american nation, and long story short we started messing around and I ended up killing a guy. I hauled ass to the airport and took the first flight home, but pretty sure authorities there are looking for me by now.

So my question is...

Will this show up in my background check?

General rule of thumb, killing is a big no-no unless the scale of the killing warrants a sanction by an international governing body, preferably the UN. If anyone starts throwing around the word "genocide" that's usually an honorary doctorate, a teaching position at a prestigious university, and a healthy research grant from a politically connected non profit.

Best bet, if you have time, is to fly back and kill everyone that poor bastard has ever met. Start with his family, that should be easiest. Then you can work on friends, then friends of friends. At some point it should really start to snowball and you can make a name for yourself.

Hope this helps!

On my phone so sorry for typos.

First of all weak attempt at trolling.

Second: Guy that went to the same military school I went to studied abroad in Africa. While he was there a guy tried to rob him with a knife. The guy ended up killing him in 'self defense' and was put on trial. The fact that he was charged never came up on a civilian background check because whatever system is used in Africa isn't compatable or tracked like similar systems in the US. Anecdotal but I would imagine the system in central America is similar.
