Know anything about these two firms?

Besides the BBs, two boutiques are recruiting at my school I haven't heard of on these boards at all. Sagent Advisors (M&A) which was founded by one of the co-heads from DLJ and Grail Partners, an advisory merchant bank, started by Putnamm of Putnamm Lovell. Anyone heard of or know anything about these two?

lots of ex DLJ senior guys in their M&A Group. Hours are very good, they do pure strategic advise. Hit a variety of industries and do quite well in the space. Small place - i think like 40-50 bankers tops (not sure).

Senior Frogsagent just fired half of their first year class. good luck
Care to share the details? I've signed for FT and am obviously interested...
