Lack of Traction - Off Cycle Lateral

Hi all,

Keeping this brief, I graduated Spring '18 and went into the financial services industry after three years of internships. I thought it was the path for me, but I've gradually came to the realization this isn't it. I'm struggling to make the jump and am looking for someone who would be willing to review "standard" off cycle applicant protocols with me. I think I am on the right track, but it would be reassuring to hear from someone inside the industry tell me I'm not leaving any bases uncovered. I understand this is incredibly vague, but just about any guidance or advice one can provide is warmly welcomed. Take care, and happy Friday.
