Few days is fine, they often want to interview multiple people per "round" and keep you guys on roughly the same timing.
If you don't hear anything for a week including one follow-up, I'd consider it a ding. Some processes take forever but they'd usually keep you warm by responding to emails and saying "we're finishing up a few more interviews, can expect to hear something in the next week or two"
Feel like longest wait times are usually after a case study. From my experience, the typical response time is like 3 days. I wouldn't stress if I were you
