Lateral Superday
Hey guys -- I recently had a lateral Superday last Friday at a MM. When is it customary to hear back regardless of whether you got the job or not? It is Tuesday and I have not heard back yet.

Would say if you don’t hear today you’re probably waitlisted. It can take a day or 2 sometimes for them to get the offer together
Got it, any point in following up in a few days? And if I end up not getting it, would they normally let me know? I have seen a few firms ghost several candidates.

Sending a followup after a week is pretty fine. I think at least I’d you do that you won’t get ghosted if it’s a no otherwise you might
