Been in my seat for ~6 months and want to GTFO and head back home [NY/SF]. Anyone have any words of advice? Is it even feasible? I'm not at a BB/EB/MM, but something a little under those lines. Have even been considering looking for jobs at startups just to get back home. Ultimately my goal is a growth investing type of seat. Know there's been a lot of similar threads but hoping to get some refreshed advice if there is any.
