Title Above. I'm not sure what this entails but is this gonna be a big loss for FSG at BofA? I assume that Laz RX will see an additional uptick in mandates.Curious on other people's thoughts.
Some key mandates may be lost on the margin, but it’s unlikely to wipe out BAML’s franchise as a whole.
When BAML lost Fares Noujaim to Guggenheim in 2014, that was another big loss for them but they soldiered on.
Rarely would a single MD departure obliterate an entire team. Some losses yes, but mandates won’t go from 100 to 0 (not for a name brand institution anyway).

They are leaks and PR campaigns released to the press. There are tons of businesses that act as distribution agents to publishers.
