Leaving after one year…

An1 at a very small shop in NYC. Culture is great and hours are nothing compared to the rest of street (crappy deals and flow), and pay is eh ($90k base $30k bonus). Grad from non-target with poor gpa (sub 3.3). How difficult will it be to pivot to a BB after one year under my belt? I have very strong connections within the industry and plan to complete all my tests around my one year mark. Am I cooked?
