I just received my offer to lateral to one of the big investment banks in CLT (WFS/BAML). Since they are WFH till around the fall, I'm looking for a roommate to move into a place around then.
About me:
I'm a 23-year-old guy who is lateraling from finance, non-ib position to an analyst coverage group role. I used to box competitively in college, so I like to work out and go hiking. I'm a fairly clean and tidy person. I enjoy talking to people and going out, but I also enjoy some alone time now and then. I also have a lot of nice furniture from my old apartment and tech (4k TV, Xbox, nice router, 2 google homes, Phillips hue lights, Sonos soundbar and 2 other Sonos speakers, 4k apple tv). My family lives in Charlotte, so there are no worries about the family coming to visit because I'd go to them.
Looking for:
Location: Uptown, Southend(if the commute isn't bad)
Apartment type: 2/3 Bedrooms (3 if we find another roommate)
Person: Guys
Budget: ~$1,500 per month + utilities

I've had some PMs, but I think it will be beneficial for me to add that I'm flexible on my budget. I currently pay $1,800 a month and would be willing to pay up to $1,900. Also, I could be convinced into moving a little sooner if it would help.

Why not just get a 1B or studio on that budget?
