Cowen tech has great exits into growth and some decent MM PEs like HIG, L Catterton

On top of better pay and more street cred for that group in particular

Even if UBS tech were solid like it was a couple years ago, Cowen TMT does more m&a and is generally better

Td cowen, no doubt. I’m at ubs right now, and a former colleague of mine moved there. Said that deals there are way more complex since they do a lot of public company M&A compared to ubs. Plus, they’re just way more active overall. Most juniors in ubs tech haven’t worked on a sell-side that closed, so they don’t really have the skill set to lateral

CMT does larger deals and works with data centers and bigger clients (verizon, tmobile), tech has more activity and better growth exits.
