Lower BB vs Top ER

Hi y'all. I know this has been talked about before but thought I'd hear your opinions for this recruiting cycle. Fortunate enough to recently have received both an SA offer for both IB at a lower BB (think UBS/Barclays/Citi) as well as an ER offer from a top bank (think GS/EVR/MS). Would love any insights on what to choose. Considering WLB, exit opps (no idea what i want to do yet + also would appreciate insights into laterally from ER to IB within the top bank), long-term pay trajectory and growth, lifestyle, personalities you work with, etc. Thank you for your help!
