Hi, Does anybody know who advised on the Aol Time Warner F*$K-Up? on both sides? anybody have any good information on the deal, google-ing turned up some rubbish.

Go through the filings on Edgar. You know when it happened, so just look through the filings in that period. It should contain the vast majority of the information you require with the exception of personal identity of individuals working on the deal.
