If you’ve actually read the Prince, you should be very good because that book outlines perfectly what type of person you SHOULD not be in the bullpen. Be friendly - How to Win Friends and Influence People. Be productive - Deep Work. And be grateful no matter how long the hours are - True Gratefulness.
