Making up for no first year internship
Hello monkeys,
I'm a second year student at a non-target university. I recently switched to finance, minoring math, from pre-med but since i was pre-med my first year and only switched over the summer i was too late for first year internships. To make for this I've been reaching out to local investment banks for an internship in the spring. Worth noting I have an asset management internship for this coming up summer. So, should I suffer through a semester or just try and replace my asset management internship with the investment banking one? Also, if I'm just too late to be able to get a year 3 internship at a major bank what are some alternatives? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!
