Matrix Capital Markets Group is the next up-and-coming UMM bank?

I've been seeing them pop up all over the place recently. From what I can tell, they are rapidly expanding into UMM deals within the energy space and are well on their way to to being a sort of elite-to-industry boutique. I spoke to a few people there and was extremely impressed. Has anyone else heard about how they compare to larger peers like Piper Sandler, Jeffries, etc? Am evaluating Matrix as a possible lateral opportunity.
