the worst part of IB is the mental gymnastics the mds do to manipulate numbers, it’s borderline criminal. and it’s nothing analytical or interesting, just sketchy and mentally numbing for everyone. i get they’re trying to make the deal happen but it’s so stupid and not what i want to be doing for a living
