Middle office role at a BB

I am a recent graduate (22 years old) at a BB in Mumbai, India. Graduated from a non-target(still reputed) with a degree in finance and have cleared 2 levels of cfa, attempting the 3rd in a couple of months. I am doing Middle office Corporate Banking at an IB. Deal implementations to be specific which barely touches any financial or excel. My team consists of payments kinda people who have worked in operations at a BB for years and have just lateraled. I am 3 months in and don't know what to do. How long do I stay, when do I make a jump?
