I was lucky enough to get an offer from a Lower MM firm in their M&A team and a Tier 3 BB in their DCM team. Was looking to see if any banks are still recruiting in a last minute effort to get something more aligned with my interests - M&A with good deal flow. Which banks are still recruiting if any?

Not sure, I think most banks are done recruiting for SA 2021. I think JPM is finishing up soon, not sure about DB and I heard Barclays is doing non-target recruiting still. Maybe reach out to people at those firms.

What are some comparable banks to the MM you have an offer from? Just because they're a lower MM does not mean they do not have good deal flow or that you won't get a good experience
Not entirely sure but from what I’ve read on this forum its comparable to Piper and slightly below Guggenheim. Doesn’t have a great name brand but supposedly a solid MM.
Guggenheim isn't a middle market IB.
Piper is solid and Guggenheim is a fast rising bank, so that’s good company to be associated with. I’m not aware of any other banks recruiting now that would give you a better experience. If M&A is what you want, take the MM offer and re-recruit full time if you would still prefer a larger brand
