MM IB vs PE arm of AM?

Attend a top 5 undergrad business school. I have 2 summer analyst offers: Lower MM IB - (think RJ, Stifel) and a Private Equity SA in an Asset management firm, AUM ~$300B+, $4.5B in the PE arm. End goal is PE, not sure if I'll be able to do FT after undergrad or whether not I will have to do the classic 2 years. Curious for opinions on this decision?

One thing pushing me towards the IB is that they had around 15 SA, 13 return offers, 12 accepted. The PE arm only had 1/4 SA receive a return offer (i think...conflicting info between HR and an employee there). Obviously, I'd like to secure a FT position after this summer so that's high consideration.
