Started a new account to ask this.
I am an incoming SA at MS IBD in Hong Kong, and we have to submit our group preferences pretty soon. Would love to hear if anyone has knowledge on the different groups. 1) How big are each group? 2) Which group has the best/worst hours? How about general vibe/culture? 3) Which group does the most modelling (i.e. modelling isn't outsourced to M&A or something)? 4) Is M&A still the best group to go to in terms of getting the most deal experience/best exit opps?

What country are you originally from? How did you find the SA position and what are your grades like?
Originally from China, got the position by applying online and going through 3 rounds of interviews, grades were good from a target school
