More Interviews After A Superday?
Is it common for companies to schedule more interviews with senior management after a superday? If so, what does it mean?

This happened to me. It means they’re interested and just want to get to know you better before making a final decision. I had 3 interviews with senior bankers following my superday and ended up signing soon after the third.
Thanks for the info and congrats on the offer! Did you find these interviews different to the Superday? More 'about you and your passion for the position' focused rather than technicals/behaviourals?
Buddy of mine had this happen to him more than once (at the same BB). After the IB superday, HR reached out and let him now that certain groups were interested in speaking with him more.
He then had several calls, one with an analyst and another with 2 VPs. Questions were mostly behavioral. Ended up getting an offer.
Whole thing seemed odd, though. Guess they just wanted to make sure he would fit with the group culture.
Just had this as well. I see it as a good thing
Happened to me, got an offer after from the firm so a good sign. It could mean they want to offer you but there was someone on the team who hasn't met you yet.
Or it could mean they are deadlocked between you and someone else and they need to do some sort of tiebreaker/see if another hiring manager likes you enough as well to bring you on for their spot.
I've heard of this happening to friends a few times and usually just means they are deciding between you and another candidate. Ie they have 3 slots to fill for a superday and interview 20 kids, 2 get offers, and they are deciding between you and another kid for the final offer slot. It means you are at least very close to getting an offer (if they didn't like you they wouldn't waste more time interviewing you).
Had this happen to me recently at a MM bank. There were 2 separate super days, and the top 2 performers from each were invited to a final super day to compete for the open spots. Like mentioned above, it is definitely a good sign that you are a top candidate and the bank just wants some more opinions before making a final decision.
