Most prestigious protein powders?

Hi monkeys, this is some what of an urgent matter. Each time I need new protein I tend to try something different. My most recent acquisition was Levels - Pure Chocolate. I just ordered Promix off of Amazon due to the prestigious packaging. If anyone else can recommend a protein that they like it would be greatly appreciated

Ghost is prestigious, yet expensive. Macros are decent; would consider it a blue chip powder. Gold standard is also high tier, albeit, it tastes worse but gets the job done. Overall, I prefer a more potent white powder.

Gold standard is like a AAA bond. Not the best thing in the world but also a great and simple base for muscular returns.

Tier 1: Ryse, Ghost, ITHOLATE Protein. Tier 2: your cheap shit. Tier 3: owning your own farm and milking your own cow and drinking that raw milk

Protein powders are for people who havent realized that in order to actually put on size and gain real muscle mass you need to eat food. Protein powder as an item is as prestigious as decaf soy lattes.

I spent three years making zero gains in size due to relying on protein shakes. Changed my focus to gains through actual meals and gained muscle and size at 3x the rate.

Lift big, eat big baby

Google around and you’ll be able to find coupons. I use a 30% off I found but can’t give it out bc I feel like it’s a glitch and will get shut down

Avid bodybuilder here.

Cheapest and good quality - MyProtein Whey Isolate (personal fave as u can get 200 servings for cheap, best flavor is one of the chocolate ones).

best tasting - ryse or ghost (macros are like 6/10, but man these flavors are great - nutter butter, and cinnamon toast from ryse)

best quality, but expensive af - Santa Cruz Paleo grass fed isolate or axe and sledge grass fed isolate (axe and sledge all flavors are great.)

best overall with ok pricing - dymatize iso 100 (cocoa pebbles or chocolate peanut butter are insnae)

if u dont want protein i like to eat good quality eggs, organic chicken, wild caught sardines, grass fed beef, and protein bars

Eating potatoes after crushing a push day. Never heard of Santa Cruz paleo and can’t find anything online outside of their website. Horchata has me interested

It’s legit good. Expensive but I enjoy the vanilla gorilla flavor. Haven’t tried chocolate but own it. Mint chocolate is ok but I feel it needs more mint. Could prob drop some mint extract in there.

Great macros on his stuff. His podcast has been a huge part of my growth and maturity so I have no problem paying a bit more than other brands. I’d like to try his premade stuff as everyone says it’s better, but only place I’ve seen it at was $3.50 a bottle which is way too much when I can get fairlife nutrition (150 cals 30g protein) at Sams Club for like $1.15 a bottle

When eating healthy (which I’m back doing), I’ll typically have a protein shake once a day. Around 150-200g of fruit, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds. Lots of fiber and I get my vitamin c for the day.

I see no issue in using protein powder as a supplement. Now if you use it in place of actual food then yeah that’s an issue
