Need Advice - Currently senior at a target
So I'm in need of advice. Currently a senior at a target who recruited for SA internships and after final rounds interviews, this is where I stand:
-on hold for Barclays IBD and UBS S&T
At this point, I have no more prospects for full time or any more internships. Since I haven't been dinged, i know it's not completely over, but any advice what I should do right now?
It's been a couple weeks and I haven't heard anything yet...
any thoughts?
Contact the recruiters and decision makers once in a while to let them know that you are still interested and the respective bank is your top choice. Also, create a back up plan in case it doesn't work out for you.

It's not uncommon. I've was taken off a waitlist once and I know of others who have.
I dunno if this helps, but at least 3 of the people at my school who got offers from Barclays IBD turned it down for other banks. I think my school might have a set number of slots though...not sure
