Need some recruiting advice ...

I just received an offer from a pretty strong middle-market Investment Bank at their Superday. I wouldn’t put them in the top 5 but they’re still really strong. I also am still in the process with a couple bigger banks, more-famous (not BB, but more “in-between” if you’d call them that). I feel pretty strong about how my 1st rounds went week. I really want to accept this offer, but something makes me feel like I should chase the better prestige of this bigger firms. The things I like about this MM firm is that they focus almost exclusively on sell-side advisory, which is what I find most interesting by far. The other firms I’m interviewing with are much more capital raising focused in their coverage groups. I also have just enjoyed the people at this place much more than I did anywhere else. Also, it’s in their industrials group, which has always been my dream industry to join. I don’t know what group I’d be with yet at the other places. I guess the final thing I should consider is exit-ops. My dream is to become an MD at a top middle-market firm (HL, WB, Jefferies). I’m not interested in the buy-side. I feel like I’ve answered my question already and probably sound dumb, but I just feel like I should be chasing the prestige of the other places rather than accepting an offer here. Also, I come from a VERY non-target state school if that’s any factor. Thanks for the input!
