Negative Feedback

Unfortunately, I received mostly critical feedback. I thought I was being proactive, but I was told that I lack initiative in following up and checking in. Part of this may be because the accounts I’m staffed on haven’t been very active, but I understand that I still gave the impression that I wasn’t actively seeking out work. I was also told it seems like I’m not working most of the time, despite my genuine effort to stay engaged and on top of things. With only a few weeks left in the role, I’d really appreciate any advice on how to turn this around and improve the situation.
