I’m starting to network with a few people at Q. Is it mostly the same as networking at other banks, or are there real differences given how technical and intense their recruiting process is? For example, do calls get technical earlier, how much weight does an internal advocate carry, and is there anything you’d do differently than at a BB or other EB?
